We had a pleasant stay at this lodge, surrounded by beautiful and well-kept grounds. The room was clean and new, with a stocked kitchen and a helpful owner. The open lobby with a big screen TV was a nice touch. The private bathrooms were a plus, and the separate rooms provided privacy. The lodge also had amenities like a pool table, darts, and a coffee machine with Keurig pods.
We were disappointed to find limited utensils in the kitchen and a lack of propane gas for the fireplace and grill. A dumpster for trash would have been useful.

My recent stay at the lodge was absolutely perfect! The beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. The lodge itself was well-equipped with amenities like a pool table, darts, and a TV, providing plenty of entertainment options. I especially enjoyed the outdoor grill and smoker, which allowed us to have delicious barbecues. Each room had a private bathroom and key, ensuring comfort and security. The coffee machine with Keurig pods was a nice touch, and I couldn't have asked for a more private and peaceful setting. Meeting the neighbor's dogs was an added bonus. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this lodge to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lodge. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we had all the amenities we needed, including a stocked kitchen and entertainment options like a pool table and foosball. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a true taste of Southern hospitality. The location was peaceful and secluded, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be returning!
The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be an improved morning meal.

One positive aspect was that the room was clean. The hot water was also a plus.
No staff on hand to greet us at check-in, and no one answered the phone when we tried to call for assistance. The noise from preteen girls running, screaming, and playing kept us up past 1:00 AM. The cramped quarters, approximately 10 X 10, were not comfortable at all.

What a wonderful place to be evacuated to! We spent our time during hurricane Irma at this lodge and were so well treated. The rooms were small but the huge common area made up for it with its well-equipped kitchen, TV, and games. The lodge quickly restored power on a generator when it went out. It was a quiet and relaxing stay, perfect for escaping the chaos of the storm. I highly recommend this lodge for a comfortable and peaceful getaway.
